Abstract

Yapılan bu araştırmada banka çalışanlarında örgütsel güven algısı ile örgütsel vatandaşlık düzeyi arasındaki ilişkinin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmaya Vakıfbank ve Ziraat Bankası ile özel bankalar olan Akbank ve Garanti Bankası’nın İstanbul ilinde bulunan şubelerinde çalışan 196 kadın ve 239 erkek olmak üzere toplam 435 çalışan katılmıştır. Araştırmanın veri toplama sürecinde kişisel bilgi formu ile “Örgütsel Güven Ölçeği” ve “Örgütsel Vatandaşlık Ölçeği” kullanılmıştır. Araştırma kapsamında değişkenler arasındaki ilişkinin belirlenmesinde SPSS 22.0 programında Spearman Korelasyon Analizinden yararlanılmıştır.

Abstract

In this study, it was aimed to examine the relationship between the organizational trust perception and the organizational citizenship level in bank employees. A total of 435 employees, including 196 women and 239 men, working in the branches of Vakıfbank and Ziraat Bank and private banks which are Akbank and Garanti Bank in Istanbul participated in the research. In the data collection process of the research, the personal information form, the ‘Organizational Trust Scale’ and the ‘Organizational Citizenship Scale’ were used. Spearman Correlation Analysis was used in SPSS 22.0 program to determine the relationship between the variables within the scope of the study.
