AKRİLOMORFOLİN İLE 2-HİDROKSİETİL METAKRİLAT'IN RADİKAL POLİMERİZASYONU: MONOMER REAKTİVİTE ORANLARI VE TERMAL ÖZELLİKLERİ

Abstract



                Poli
(akriloilmorfolin-co-2-hidroksietil metakrilat) geleneksel serbest radikal
polimerizasyonu ile hazırlandı. Akriloilmorfolin (ACM) ve 2-hidroksietil
metakrilat (HEMA) monomerleriyle kopolimerizasyon, başlatıcı olarak
2,2'-azobisizobutironitril (AIBN) kullanılarak 60 ° C'de tetrahidrofuran
çözeltisi içinde gerçekleştirildi. Kopolimerler, FT-IR, 1H ve 13C nükleer
manyetik rezonans (NMR) ile karakterize edildi. Kopolimerlerin monomer
bileşimleri, elemental analizin azot sonuçlarıyla tahmin edildi. Kopolimerdeki ACM(r1) ve HEMA(r2)
monomerlerinin reaktivite oranları, çeşitli yöntemlerle hesaplandı
. Bu
yöntemlere göre, r1 değeri 1.73-2.01 ve r2 değeri
0.48-0.74'tür. Kopolimerlerin termal özelliklerini
araştırmak için Termogravimetrik analiz kullanıldı.

RADICAL COPOLYMERIZATION OF ACRLOYLMORPHOLINE WITH 2-HYDROXYETHYL METHACRYLATE: MONOMER REACTIVITY RATIOS AND THERMAL PROPERTIES

Abstract



                Poly (acryloylmorpholine -co-
2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate) were prepared by traditional free radical
polymerization. Copolymerization with acryloylmorpholine(ACM) and
2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate(HEMA) monomers were carried out in tetrahydrofuran
solution at 60oC using 2,2'-azobisisobutyronitrile(AIBN) as
initiator. The copolymers were characterized by FT-IR , 1H and  13C nuclear magnetic resonance
(NMR). Monomer compositions of  the
copolymers were established by nitrogen results of elemental analysis. The reactivity ratios of monomers ACM(r1) and
HEMA(r2) in the copolymer were calculated by various methods.

According to these methods, r1 was 1.73-2.01 and  r2 was 0.48-0.74. Thermogravimetric analysis was used to investigate the
thermal properties of copolymers.
