This study aims to determine the opinions of preservice trainers studying at preschool education program and to collect their suggestions about “Community Service” course requirement practices. Nineteen third-year pre-service students studying at Ankara University Faculty of Educational Sciences Preschool Education Undergraduate Program participated in the study. The participants have developed projects in groups and carried these out for 8 weeks, 3 hours per week. At the end of the practice, the participants were given a course evaluation form with open-ended questions. The evaluation form consisted of questions about the contributions of the course to the students and the community, problems encountered and support received in addition to student recommendations and comments about the “Community Service” course. Student responses have been
summarized and qualitatively analyzed by the descriptive analysis technique. The responses collected have been examined considering the contributions of the course, problems encountered, support received, recommendations and comments.
