                            <p>In recent years, economic development levelsof countries are closely related to the R&amp;amp;D, innovation, technology andscience. For this reason, countries are constantly supporting the R&amp;amp;D andinnovation activities by increasing the innovation ecosystem and the activitiesof the actors in the ecosystem. In this study, innovation performance ofcountries was measured by using Entropy and MABAC methods. The criteria are weightedby entropy method and innovators, intellectual assets, finance and supportvariables were the most important criteria. Innovation performance values ofthe countries were calculated by MABAC method. It is concluded that thecountries with the highest performance of innovation are Switzerland, Swedenand Denmark, while the lowest countries are Ukraine, Romania and Macedonia.</p></trans-abstract>
                                                                                                                                    <abstract><p>Son yıllarda ülkelerin ekonomik olarak kalkınmışlık düzeyleri Ar-Ge,inovasyon, teknoloji ve bilime verdikleri değer ile yakından ilişkilidir. Bunedenle ülkeler sürekli olarak inovasyon ekosistemini ve ekosistemde yer alanaktörlerin etkinliklerini arttırarak Ar-Ge ve inovasyon faaliyetlerini önemliölçüde desteklemektedir. Bu çalışmada Entropi ve MABAC yöntemleri bütünleşikolarak kullanılarak ülkelerin inovasyon performansı ölçülmüştür. Entropiyöntemi ile kriterler ağırlıklandırılmış ve yenilikçilik, fikri varlıklar,finansman ve destekler değişkenlerinin en önemli kriterler olduğubelirlenmiştir. MABAC yöntemi ile de ülkelerin inovasyon performans değerlerihesaplanmıştır. İnovasyon performansı en yüksek olan ülkelerin İsviçre, İsveçve Danimarka, en düşük olan ülkelerin ise Ukrayna, Romanya ve Makedonya olduğusonucuna ulaşılmıştır.</p></abstract>
