Bu araştırmada 1982-1986 yılları arasında incelenen 31 primer ke mik tümörünün sitomorfolojik özellikleri tanımlanmıştır. Vak Alarm 27'si imprint, 4'ü ise ince iğne aspirasyon materyaliydi. Yayma prepa rafların histolojik kesitlerle uyumluluğu incelenmiştir. Malign ve benign lezyonların ayrımı kesinlikle yapılabilmekte, ayrıca tümörün tam olarak sınıflandırılması mümkün olabilmektedir. Ucuz, kolay ve çabuk bir tam yöntemi olan sitolojik incelemenin diğer laboratuar tanı yöntemleri kadar geçerli olduğu düşünülmektedir

in this paper the authors describe the cytomorphologic features of 31 primary bone tumors seen between 1982 and 1986. 27 OL1t of 31 cases are imprint (touch) preparations, 4 cases are smears obtained using fine needle aspiration technique.
