Value of Fine Needle Aspiration Binsi in Liver Lesions

In this paper, it was appreciated the value of fine-needle aspiration biopsy which is a simple, safe and cheep diagnostic method in liver lesions. It is possible to arrive a correct diagnosis by this method which can be performed at patient's bedside and has minimal Complications. The authors have reviewed 106 cases collected from the files comprising a five year period. 69 of the cases were male, 37 cases were female. 46 of total cases have been diagnosed as malign others being benign. The authors have come to conclusion that this method can widely and surely be used as a diagnostic tool.

Bu yazıda basit, güvenilir ve ucuz bir tanısal yöntem olan ince iğne aspirasyon biyopsisinin karaciğer lezyonlarındaki değeri ince lenmiştir. Hasta yatağında uygulanabilen ve yan etkileri çok az olan bu yöntem vasıtası ile doğru tanıya varmak mümkündür. 5 yıllık birsüre içinde incelenen 106 vaka gözden geçirilmistir. Vakalarm 69'u erkek, 37'si kadmdlr. Toplam vakalarm 46'smda malign, dižerlerine benign tamsl konulmustur. Sonuçta bu yöntemin tarn koymada güvenilir ve yaygm olarak kullamlabilecegi sonucuna varllmlstlr.
