                                                                                                <abstract><p>Fanconi sendromu genellikle, normal dozda vitamin D ye dirençli raşitizm veya osteomalasia, glukozüri, yaygın aminoasidüri, hipofosfatemi, kronik asidoz, hipoürisemi, hipokalemi ile seyreden bir hastalıktır.</p></abstract>

                            <p>Fanconi syndrome is a disease that is usually characterized by rickets or osteomalacia that is resistant to normal doses of vitamin D, glucosuria, generalized aminoaciduria, hypophosphatemia, chronic acidosis, hypouricemia, and hypokalemia.</p></trans-abstract>
