The importance, application technic and complications of spinal angiographywhich had been used for 15 years in the radiological evaluation of the vascularmalformations of the spinal cord is reported. Literature is searched and in additionSİX patients avanated in our clinic with this iş presented.

Son onbeş yıldan beri medulla spinalisin vasküler incelenmesinde kullanılanspinal anjiografinin önemi, yapılma tekniği ve komplikasyonlar ıhakkında literatürtaraması ile verilmiştir. Ayrıca Kliniğimizde yatarak tetkik ve tedavi görmüş altıhastaya denenerek taktim edilmiştir
