                                                                                                <abstract><p>Sol kalb disfonksiyonunu gösterme yönünden sistolik zaman interval tayinlerinin Önemi birçok kalb hastalıklarında saptanmıştır&#039;.Akut myokard İnfarktiislü vakalarda sistolik zaman intervali üzerindeki çalışmalarda birbirinden farkl sonuçlar bildirilmektedir. Çalışmamızda komplikassuz 12 adet akut myokard infarktüsü vakasında sistolik zaman intervalleri hastalığın ilk 3 haftasında 4,14 ve 21. ci günleri incelenerek aşağıdaki sonuçlar alınmıştır.I SVEZ hastalığın 4, cü gününde bir azalma göstermiş (pÇO.05) ve 14-21. ci günler normale yaklaşmıştır. SVEZ kısalması nedeni olarak, bu devrede rastlanan atım hacminin düşüklüğü söylenebilir.2, PEP değerleri, Hastalığın 14. gün uzamış olarak saptanmıştır, Bu durumun izahı yapılamamıştı  akut infarktiisünde  3, PEP/SVEZ orant bu vakalarda kardiovasküler disfonksiyonu göstermek vönünde en önemli bir indeks olarak görülmüstür. Ça11Nnalanmrzda 4,14 ve 21. ci giinlerde bu oran normale nazaran anlamtl bir artli göstermi§tir.Bu sonuçlarm altmda, Akut myokard infarktüsü vakalarmda sistolik zaman intervallerinin sol ventrikül disfonksiyonunu göstermede dežerli bir yöntem olduäu gerçeüi ortaya konulmu$ur.</p></abstract>
                                                                                                                                    <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
                            <p>The importance of the systolic time intervals has been emphasized to indicate the left ventricular dysfunction in different kinds of heart disease. Although systolic time intervals in acute myocardial infarction have been investigated in last decade, various results have been reported, in our study, systolic time intervals were performed three times on each pa ticnt on 4 14 th and 21 st days of infarction. The results are as follow I. Left ventricul ejection time (LVET) was decreased significantly on the 4  th day of infarction (p&amp;lt;0,05) but normal on the 14 th and 21 st days. The Of this shortening may be related to the low stroke volume.2. The values of pre- ejection phase (PEP) were within normal limits on 4 th and 21 st days of infarction except the 14 th day. No explanation could be offered for this findings.3, In this study, The ratio of PEP/LVET was found to be one of the most useful cardiac function indices in acute myocardial infarction. This ratio was sig nificantly increased   on 4 th, 14 th and 21 st days of infarction indicating left ventricular dysfunction.Under the lights of these findings, the value of systolic time intervals done during the course of acute myocardial infarction should be accepted as a denoting factor of the early dysfunction of left ventricul</p></trans-abstract>
