The most commoniy encountered neuroloğgical disorder in adults is cerebrovasculer discases, Among them, cerebral embolism with 10 96 incidance takes apriority for the benefit gained by surgical treatment. The embolism most oftenly located in A. cerebri media can be treated effectively by early embolectomy. To stress this point, 3 cerebri media embolectomies done in our Clinic is reported with the review of the literature,

Yetişkinlerde en sık rastlanan nörolojik bozukluk serobro - vasküler hastalıklardır. Bunların etiolojisi 46 10 embolisme bağlıdır. En çok A. serebri mediada yerleşen embolizm vak'alarında erken devrede yapılan embolektomilerin neticeleri oldukça yüzgüldürücüdür. Bu makalede Kliniğimizde yapılan 3 A. serebri media embolektomisi literatür gözden geçirilerek rapor edilmiştir.
