Other symptoms such as pain, distal edema, claudication, persistent pain and neurological findings were also recorded. The mass was pulsatile in 14 cases. Murmur was heard in 13 cases, local tenderness had been found in 13 cases. Distal pulsations had been observed in 14 cases. Insufficiency in blood supply had been found only in 2 cases. All of the patients had been treated by surgical intervention. In all of the patients, the aneurysm were removed. The continuity of the vessels was established by; end-to-end anastomosis in 6 cases, dacron graft in 6 cases, saphaneous vein graft in 10 cases. In none of the patients, greft infection did not occur during postoperative period. In one cases below-knee amputation was performed because of gangrene. One of the cases died because of renal insufficiency during 2nd postoperative day. In the other cases the results were satisfactory</p>

Olguların büyük çoğunluğu erkek hastalardan • oluşmaktadır. 15 olgumuzda anevrizma femoro-popliteal bölgede, 3 olguda a. iliaca eksterfia, 2 olguda a. subclavia, 2 olguda a. brachialisde lokalize olmuştu. Kitle tüm olgularımızda önde gelen belirti idi, bunu ağrı, distalde ödem, yürümekle gelen ağrı, sürekli ağrı ve nörolojik belirtiler izliyordu. Yirmi olgumuzda palpe edilebilen kitle saptanmıştır. Bunlardan 14 ünde kitle pulsasyon verirken, 6 sında pulsasyon vermiyordu. Üfürüm ve thrill 13 hastada, lokal duyarlılık 13 hastada saptandı. Onaltı hastada distalde atım vardı. Beslenme bozukluğu sadece iki hastada saptandı.Hastalarımızın tümü ameliyatla tedavi edildiler. Tümünde, anevrizma kesesi çıkarıldı. Arterin devamlılığı 6 olguda uç-uca anastomoz, 6 olguda dakron greft, 10 olguda ise arter devamlılığı safen ven greftle sağlandı.Ameliyat sonu dönemde hiçbir olguda greft enfeksiyonu olmadı. Bir olguda gelişen gangen nedeniyle dizüstü ampütasyon yapıldı. Bir olgumuz postoperatif 2. günde böbrek yetmezliği nedeniyle öldü. Kalan olgulardan alınan sonuçlar yüz güldürücüydü.</p></trans-abstract>
