                                                                                                <abstract><p>PLASENTA FONKSİYONLARININ ARAŞTIRMASINDA SERUMDA HPL (NSAN PLAŞENTA LAKTOJENİ) SEVİYESİ TAYİNİ — ÖN ÇALIŞMABu çalışmada normal gebeliklerde, matemal serum HPL konsentrasyonunun klinik değeri incelendi. Örnekler, 4-12 haftalık ve 28-40 haftalık normal gebelerdi. Bu hastalardan alınan kanda HPL seviyeleri radioimmunoassay yöntemiyle incelendi ve normal değerler saptandı. Sonuç olarak bu metodun plasental fonksiyonun incelenmesinde kolaylıkla kullanılabileceği kanısına varıldı.</p></abstract>

                            <p>DETERMINATION OF SERUM HUMAN PLACENTAL LACTOGEN LEVELS IN INVESTIGATION OF PLACENTAL FUNCTIONIn this study, clinical value of human placental lactoger concentration in maternal serum İS studied. The subjects were between 4 - 12 weeks and 28 -40 weeks of pregnancy. HPL levels were determinated by radioilmmunoassay method, in the serum collected: from these patients, and normal levels were established. Conseguentiy, it İs aggreed that this method can easily be used in determinattion of platental function.</p></trans-abstract>
