Nadir görülen iki reno - kolik fistül vakası sunulmuştur. Her iki vakada da fistül, böbrek ve perinefritik dokunun kronik bir enfeksiyonu sonucu meydana gelmiştir. Bunlardan bir tanesinde idrarla askarit düşürülmesi reno - kolik fistül için oldukça entresan bir bulgudur. Bu iki vaka nedeniyle literatür gözden geçirilmiştir.
in this report, two cases of reno - colic fistulas are presented. The fistula, in both cases, developped resulting from the chronic infection and inflamation of the perinephritic area. The discharge of the ascarid from the urine in one of them is to be seen highly interesting finding. The literature is re viewed.
