                            <p>An erithrokinetiz and fessokınetic invesffgation of Anemia mechanism scen in neoplans.A ferrokinetiq as well as an erythrokinetic research on 42 patients suffering of anemia caıused by the neoplasm, was rnw  de to find aut the factors liable to cause complications of neoplasmas outside of the hemotopoetic system.  According to the results of this research, it has been naticed that, in ali anemia cases of neoplastic patients the total blood volume and the iron level of the plasma was Iow, theradioactive iron plasma clearance was accelerated, that there  was a decrease• in the daily production of hemogtobine as well as in the percentage of the iron, in the erythrocytes present in he circulation and hat the hemoglobinisation time was shortened. the other hand it has also been observed that there was no important difference in the life period of ripered eryth rocytes.It has been discovered&#039; that the reason for blood deficiency in neoplastic anemias outside of the hematopoeÉic system was due to the presence of a defect in the erythropoez. It is probable that this defect in- the erythropoesis is produced due to the eariy hemolysation of the erythrons being ripered in the bone marrow..</p></trans-abstract>
                                                                                                                                    <abstract><p>Hematopoetik sistem dışı neoplazmalarm komplikasyonu olan kansızlıkların oluşumunda rol aynıyabilecek faktörleri ortaya çıkarmak için 42 neoplazmaya. bağlı kansızlık gösteren hastada gerek ferokinetik ve gerekse eritrokinetik olarak araştırma yapidl,  Araştırmada elde edilen sonuçlara göre, neoplastik hastalarda görülen kansızlık vakalarının hepsinde, total kan volü  münün ve plazma demir seviyesinin düşük olduğu, radyoaktif demir piazma. kleransmın süratlendiği, günlük hemoglobin yapırm ile dolaşımdaki eritrositlerde mevcut demir yüzdesinin ve total eritrosit demir miktarınm azaldıği, ortalama hemoglobinizasyon zamanının kısaldığı buiunmuş buna mukabil olgunlaşmış eritrositlerin yaşama sürelerinde büyük bir değişikliğin bulunmadığı tesbit edilmiştir.  Hematopoetik sistem dışı neoplastik anemilezde kansızlık sebebinin eritropoezde bir defektin mevcudiyetinin bulunduğu ortaya çıkanldı. Eritropoezdeki bu kusurun kemik iliğinde olgunlaşmakta olan eritronların erken safhalarda hemoliz olması şeklinde meydana gelebileceği düşünüldü.</p></abstract>
