Bu yazımızda intrakrarnal anevrizmaların tedavisinde mikroteknikten vebu tekniğin 30 vakamızdaki uygulamasından bahsettik. Mikroteknik uyguaya.n otorlerin yazılarında belirtildiği gibi bizim serimizde da mortalite ve morbidite oranının düşmekte olduğu görülmektedir.

in this afticle we have digcussed the microtechnique in the surgery of intracranial aneurysms and its applicatxon to 30 ofve our cases as been previously mentioned by authors who used this technique, Mortality in our serie is also sharply falling.
