Hang-ing Hip Operation For Treatment of CoxarthrosisTemporpry Hanging Hip Operation has proved an applicable method in the treatment of osteoarthritis of the hip. In 44 patients it resulted in considerable improvement in about 80 percent. The improvement consisted in appreciably decreased pain in weight bearing and at rest and to some extent an increased walking distance a relatively minor procedure.

Adele gevsetici ameliyat koksartroz tedavisinde oldukça değerli bir metoddur. 44 vak'allk serimizde % 80 nisbetinde basarı kaydedilmistir. Ameliyattan sonra yürüme ve istirahat ažrllarmln azaldığı, yürüme mesaflerinin ve kalça hareketlerinin arttırdığı söylenebilir. Bu metod avantajlarl yamnda nisbeten basit bir cerrahi müdahaledir
