Normal yollarla giderilemeyen ağrıların ortadan . kaldırılması için 11 hastada spinal iğne ile lomber bölgeden girilerek serebrospinal sıvı boşaltılmış ve yerine alınan sıvı kadar soğuk serum fizyolojik verilmiştir.11 hastanın 6 sında olumlu sonuç alınamamış, geri kalan 5 hastada ise değişik sürelerle devam eder bir analjezi sağlanmıştır.

For persistent pain, 11 patients underwent spinal puncture from the lumbar region and were given some cold, physiological serum physiological after the cerebrospinal fluid was aspirated.The result was negative in six patients. Analgesia was provided for the remaining 5 patients for different periods.
