Ameliyat önceği ellerin temizliği için kliniğimizde kullanı- lan, sabun, Phisohe.x ile. Sabun - Zephiran, Phisohex - Zephiran ve Sabun - iod kombinasyonlarının etkinlikleri incelendi. Her gurup için 50 ameliyat boyunca ellerden 4 etapta kültürler alın dl. 1 - Yıkanmadan evvel. 2 - Yıkandıktan hemen sonra 3 - Ame liyat ortasında, 4 Ameliyat sonunda Erken etkinlik açısından Sabun en kötü sonuçları veriyordu. Phisohex'in de erken etkinliği çok azdı. En iyi erken ve genç- etkinlik Phisohex - Zephiran kombinasyonu ile alınmıştı. Sabun - İod gurubunda erken etkinlik bütün guruplardan çok daha iyi idi, fakat giderek etkinliği azalıyordu.
The effectiveness of some antiseptic apents which were used for cleansing the hands before the operation. We studied the effec+Âueness of the Soap, Phisohex and Soap Zephiran, Phisohex - Zephiran, Soap - İodine combina- tions which were used in our clinic. For each group, it was ta- ken culture from the hands throughout the 50 operations in such manner that: 1 - Before the cleansing of the hands. 2 Right after the clearısing of the hands. 3 - İn the middle of the operation. 4 - Just after the operations.Soap gives the worst results from the point of early effectiveness. Early effectiveness of Phisohex was not satisfactory too. The most effective results in ühe potint of early and late effectiveness. were observed in the combination of Phisohex Zephiran. İn the combination of The Soap and İodine, early effectiveness were much better- than all the other combinati- ons, but its effectiveness -was getting lesser by the time.
