Serum Proteins in Guinea Pigs Under Normal and High Pressure

Anestezi edilmemiş kobaylarda normalde ve 5 Ata lık ha- va basıncı altında 2 saat kaldıktan sonra serum proteinleri elektroforetik olarak incelendi. Her iki koşulda elde edilen bul- gular karşılaştırılarak yüksek basınçta havanın serum proteinleri üzerindeki etkisi saptandı. Bulgularımıza göre yüksek basınç altında :a) serum albümin ve beta globülin fraksiyonlarında an- lamlı bir değişiklik olmadı.b) Alpha - 1, alpha - 2 globulinlerde azalma ve gamma globulin fraksionunda istatistiki olarak önemli derecede bir artma meydana geldi.

Non anaesthetised Guinea - pigs left 2 hours under normal and 5 atmospheric prossurised conditions and serum proteins studied electrophoretically.
