An asymptomatıc case of chronic idiopathic exudative pericarditisis presented and 19 similar case report are reviewed. Thecourse is unpredictable. A. significant percentage will have chronictamponad with hepatomegaly and others will develop constrictivepericarditis, However, some pati ent will be asymptomatic.The diagnosis, differential diagnosis, and treatment of the chpericarditis.However, some patient will be asymptomatic.

Bir asemptomatik kronik idiopatik eksüdatif perikarditis vakasıtakdim edilmiş ve buna benzer 19 vaka raporu gözden geçirilmiştir.Hastalığın seyri belli değildir. Vakaların çoğunda hepatomegalive ödem ile birlikte kronik tamponat husule gelebilir, digerlerindekontriktir perikarditis teşekkül edebilir. Mamafi, bazıvakalar asemptomatık kalabilir.Kronik idiopatik eksüdatif perikarditisin teşhis, ayrıcı teşhisve tedavisi tartışılmıştır.
