This study, which is a complement to the two studies we have previously conducted, was conducted to study the effects of long-term severe thirst, hunger and thirst, as well as hunger, on life expectancy, body weight and rectal heat in guinea pigs that have undergone partial and total pancreatectomy, and to detect changes in temperature before death.As a result, it has been observed that guinea pigs with pancreatectomy subjected to thirst and hunger experiments have a shorter life expectancy and greater weight loss compared to normal animals. It has been found that the rectal temperature decreases to a large extent before death, but this decrease is no different from each other. Thus, it has been seen that in severe thirst and hunger states, the pancreas has a very important effect on legislative duration and weight loss.

Daha önce yaprms oldužumuz iki çallìrnanm tamamlaynclsl niteližinde olan bu çahsrna parsiyel ve total pankreatektomi yapilrms kobaylarda uzun süreli Siddetli susuzlugun, açllžln ve susuzlukla birlikte açllžln yasama süresi, beden ažlrllžl ve rektal ISI üzerine etkilerini incelemek ve ölümden önce ISI baklmlndan ortaya çlkan dežisiklikleri tesbit etmek amacl ile yapllml§tlr.Sonuç olarak susuzluk ve açllk deneylerine Labi tutulmus pankreatektomili kobaylarda normal hayvanlara nazaran yasama Sürelerinin daha klsa ve ažlrllk kaylplal'lrlln daha fazla oldužu görülmüstür. Ölümden önce rektal l,slmn büyük ölçüde düstüžü, fa kat bu düsüsün birbirinden farkll olmadlžl tesbit edilmistir. Böylece siddetli susuzluk ve açllk hallerinde pankreasln yasama Süresi ve abrllk kaybl üzerinde çok önemli bir etkisi bulundužu görülmüstür.
