Analysis of the test results revealed a close relationship between TTH reactions and NPN in patients with chronic kidney disease. It was determined that high levels of NPN inhibited T-cell function, and that this was reversible with normalization of NPN. The results obtained with DNCB in acute leukosis and malignant lymphoma are consistent with international literature. It was observed that TTH in patients with chronic liver disease was slightly decreased compared to normal levels.</p>
