The Value of Fetal and Maternal Serum Proteins in Cases of Preeclampsia, Eclampsia, and Normal Pregnancy

Fetal and maternal serum protein values in the preeclamptic pregnant women and in the eclamptic pregnant women and in the normal pregnant women at labor.In our study, we determined proteine values in sera of the 50 normal pregnant women and eclamptic and preeclamptic women. We also used BİURET method. We noticed that, the level of maternal sera albumin were significantly low, however the level of fetal sera albumin was abouth 4 gr. in 100 ml, which is the normal value. In our study, the results were similar to that in the literature.

Yaptığımız çalışmada, normal preeklamptik ve eklamptik 50 anne ve yeni doğanda, BİURET metodu ile serum pretsinlerinitayin ettik, Yapılan çalışmalar, preeklampsi ve eklampsi vakalarında, maternal serum albümin seviyelerinde, göze batar derecede düşüş meydana geldiğini, buna mukabil, fötal serum albumin değerlerinin 100 ml. de 4 gr. civarındaki normal olarak kaldıgını ortaya koymuştur. Bizim çalışmamızda elde ettiğimiz değerler de, yapılan diğer çalışmalara uymaktadır.
