A. Ü. Tıp Fakültesi İç Hastalıkları Kliniğinde 1971-1975 yılları arasında yatarak tetkik edilen ve perkütan böbrek biopsisi ve rektal biopsi ile histopatolojik olarak amiloidosis teşhisi konan 44 vak'anın klinik, laboratuvar ve EKG yönünden değerlendirilmesi yapılmıştır. Literatürdeki kardiak amyloidosis vak'alarında bulunan EKG bulguları ile mukayese edilmiştir.EKG'de antero-septal myokard enfarktüsü örneği sol aks deviasyonu gösteren vak'a ile atriyel fibrilasyon ve seyrek ventriküler sistolleri bulunan diğer vak'anın kardiyak amiloidoz tartışması yapılmıştır.

In this paper the clinical, laboratory and electrocardiographic findings of the 44 amyloid cases who are treated in the medical department of Ankara Medical School in four years (1971-1975) and diagnosed with renal and rectal biopsy, reviewed. Two of 44 cases showed electrocardiographic abnormalities. In one, anteroseptal myocardial infarction, in another atrial fibrilation with rare ventricular premature contractions were seen and the literature was reviewed.
