We examined the clinical and laboratory details of multiple and solitary gastric polyps we identified over the last 12 years, and no cancer was found. Six of the cases were female and six were male. The average age of the male and female patients was in the 5th and 6th decades. The majority of the patients had no typical clinical symptoms. We observed gastrointestinal bleeding in approximately one-third of the cases. The rates of histamine-refractory Achilles' heel and atrophic gastritis in our cases were lower than in the literature. In our series, solitary polyps constituted a greater proportion than multiple polyps, and the polyps were located in the distal part of the stomach.
Son 12 yılda tesbit ettiğimiz mide mültipl ve soliter poliplerinin klinik ve laboratuvar ayrıntıları incelenmiş ve hiçbir kanser vak'asına rastlanılmamıştır. Vak'aların 6'sı kadın ve $'i erkek hastalardı. Kadın ve erkek hastaların yaş ortalaması 5 ve 6 ncı dekadlara rastlamakta idi. Hastaların çoğunluğunda tipik bir klinik semptomatoloji yoktu. Ortalama üçte bir vak'ada gastrointestinal kanama tesbit ettik. Vak'alarımızda histamine refrakter aşili ve atrofik gastritis oranı literatüre kıyasla düşük seviyelerde tesbit edilmiştir. Bizim serimizde de soliter polipler mültipl poliplere nazaran ekseriyeti teşkil etmiş ve poliplerin lokalizasyonu midenin distal kesiminde oluşmuştur.
