                            <p>1961 yaz aylarında Ankarada satılan 30 süt (9 pastörize, 21 çiğ), 37 sütlü dondurma ve 30 yoğurt numunesi laboratuarımızda tetkik edilmiş ve yapılan araştırmalardan alınan neticelere göre bunların çoğunun fizik, şimik, bioşimik ve bakteriolojik vasıflarının bozuk olduğu ve bu hususta mevcut normlara uymadığı anlaşılmıştır. Bu sebeble bu maddelerin sıhhi esaslarını tesbit eden mevzuatın önemle tatbiki ve bunu sağlıyacak kontrollerin ciddi ve sistematik şekilde yapılması zaruridir.</p></trans-abstract>
                                                                                                                                    <abstract><p>During summer 1961, 30 milk (9 pasteurized-21 raw), 37 ice cream made of milk and 30 yoğurt samples from the market were analyzed in our laboratories. Physical, chemical, biochemical and bacteriological analyses of these samples revealed that majority of them were no good and don’t fit to the exiting specification. Our suggestion is to revise the related comments of the exiting specifications and enforce them seriously.</p></abstract>
