Posterior interbody fusion operation, which has been proceeded since 40 years, can offer thepatient with a painful disc a more papid and permanent relief of symptoms than any other conservative on surgical approach.İn this paper, ethio-pathogenesis of this problem and its treatment principals are presented briefiy.

40 seneden beri yapılmakta olan posterior interbody füzyon ameliyatı disk hernisi, disk dejenerasyonu, spondilolistezis vak'alarında hastanın ağrılarının tamamen geçirmesi ve eski işlerine onları iade ettirmesi bakımından diğer cerrahi müdahalelerin üstünde bir değer taşır.Yukarda problemin nedenleri, tedavi prensipleri kısaca anlatılmıştır.
