                            <p>A study was made on the aminoacid excretions in the urine of 12 healthy pregnant women, of 6 pregnant women suffering with mild toxicosis and of 4 pregnant women with albuminuria (without oedema and hypertension) using silica gel thin layer two dimensional chromatography and a-amino nitrogen determination methods.The urine was desalted, applied in amounts containing 100 mcg. creatinine on silica gel plates. In toxicosis, the excretion of total a-amino nitrogen was slightliy below the healty pregnancy level. (Statistically nonsignificant: 0,20&amp;gt;P&amp;gt;0,10)Qualitative examination of aminoacids of two groups on Silica gel bidimensional plates showed almost similar chromatographic patterns.</p></trans-abstract>
                                                                                                                                    <abstract><p>12 normal, 6 toksikoz belirtili (hepsinde albuminüri hepsinde ödem * 8 tanesinde hipertansiyon) ve 4 albuminürili (ödemsiz) gebe kadında idrarla itrah edilen aminoasitler hem kantitatif olaraktotal a-aminoazotu (aminoasit azotu) miktarı, hem de kalitatif olarak aminoasit cinsleri bakımından incelendi. Total «- aminoazotu ninhidrinli kolorimetrik metodla, aminoasit cinsleri separasyonu ise silica gel ince tabaka, iki dimansiyonlu kromatografi metoduyla yapıldı. Kromatografi plaklarına uygulanacak idrar hacmi ve total aminoasit azot miktarları kreatinin esasına göre hesaplandı. Kromatografi için 50-100 mikrogram kreatinin ihtiva eden hacim kullanıldı. İtrah değerleri ise 1 mg. kreatinin azotu itrahı başına düşen o-aminoazotu olarak hesaplandı.</p></abstract>
