<p>This study investigates the dissolution time of Kemicetine vaginal suppositories and their effects on vaginal pH and cleanliness degrees. Experiments conducted on 21 patients (12 with normal, 9 with pathological vaginal flora) revealed that the complete dissolution time ranged between 5-12 hours and was directly influenced by vaginal pH. Suppositories dissolved faster in cases with pH 4-5.4 (100%), while the process prolonged in pH 6.6-8.6 (93%). The study also highlighted the efficacy of lactic acid and Rivanol lavages in correcting pathological flora, though resistance to Kemicetine was observed in E. coli infections. The findings emphasize that nighttime application and use during the proliferative phase enhance treatment success.</p></trans-abstract>
