Premenstruel tansiyon'dan şikayetci 357 vakanın durumları incelendi.Bu semtom kompleksinin etiolojisinde rol oyniyan esas faktörün, hyaluronic asid olduğu sonucuna varıldı. Bugüne kadar söylenmiş etiolojik faktörler ve redavi şemaları gösden geçirilerek münakaşa edildi. Hyaluronidasetedavisinin en müessir tedavi olduğu sonucuna varıldı.
