<p>Voice knowledge is one of the most basic elements of language. Speech, everything will sound. The qualities of the voices are less pronounced, but their variety is very different. Together with their varieties, these are the sounds of a language. Voices vary when syllables come together side by side in words and words, adapting to the processing requirements of the speech device. There are 42 letters in the Cyrillic Bashkir alphabet. Of these letters, 9 are voiced, 27 are silent letters, two are thickening and thinning marks, four are double tongues, and these letters are taken from Russian. At a meeting held in July 1921, a decision was made to write the Bashkir on the basis of phonetics in the second Bashkir Congress of the Soviet Union. The written information of Bashkir language will be examined in scientific terms.</p></trans-abstract>
