The study was conducted with a total of 341 students (252 female and 89 male) attending the university. Autotelic Personality Scale, Oxford Happiness Scale Short Form and Satisfaction with Life Scale were used as data collection tools. For the mediation analysis in the study, Hayes&#039; (2022) suggestion, PROCESS beta 4.2 macro, which is an SPSS plug-in, was used (Model 4). As a result of the mediation analysis, when direct effects were analyzed, it was seen that life satisfaction predicted autotelic personality and happiness in a statistically significant way. In addition, it was found that autotelic personality predicted happiness in a statistically significant way. Looking at the indirect effect, it was observed that the path coefficient between life satisfaction and happiness decreased at the level of significance with the inclusion of autotelic personality, which is the mediating variable, in the model. According to this result, it was found that autotelic personality has a partial mediating role in the relationship between life satisfaction and happiness. As a result, the findings obtained can be interpreted as the increase in life satisfaction scores of university students can contribute to the increase in autotelic personality scores and with this contribution, happiness levels can also increase.</p>
