İşitsel İşlemleme Bozukluğu Olan Çocuklar Bağlamında Müdahale Yaklaşımları: Sistematik Derleme

Abstract

Bu sistematik derlemede İşitsel İşlemleme Bozukluğu (İİB) olan çocuklara yönelik müdahale uygulamalarını incelemek amaçlanmıştır. Literatür taraması PubMed, Web of Science, Scopus, Science Direct ve Google Scholar veri tabanları kullanılarak yapılmıştır. Literatür taraması için Medical Subject Headings (MeSH) terimler dizininden anahtar kelimeler (Auditory Comprehension Disorder, Auditory Inattention, Auditory Perceptual Disorders, Auditory Processing Disorder, Perceptual Disorders- Auditory) belirlenmiştir. Derlemenin dâhil etme ve hariç tutma kriterlerinde ise PICO(S) metodu kullanılmıştır. Sistematik derlemenin raporlanmasında PRISMA Bildirimi kontrol listesi referans alınmıştır. Çalışmada güncel alan yazını değerlendirebilmek için 2013-2023 yılları arasında yayımlanmış randomize kontrollü çalışmalara yer verilmiştir. Literatür taramasında ulaşılabilen çalışmaların birinci değerlendirmesinde araştırmaların başlıkları ve özetleri incelenmiştir. İkinci değerlendirmede ise tam metinleri tetkik edilmiştir. Bu sistematik derlemeye üç makale dâhil edilmiştir. Derlemeye alınan çalışmalar incelendiğinde İİB olan çocuklara uygulan müdahalelerin etkili olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

Ethical Statement

Bu araştırma sistematik derleme türünde yapıldığı için etik kurul onayı alınmamıştır. Bu çalışmanın bir kısmı, 15-17 Kasım 2023 tarihleri arasında Ankara’da düzenlenen Uluslararası V. Çocuk Gelişimi Kongresi’nde “İşitsel İşlemleme Bozukluğu Olan Çocuklar Bağlamında Müdahale Yaklaşımları: Sistematik Derleme” başlığıyla sözlü bildiri olarak sunulmuştur; özetinin bir kısmı ise ilgili kongrenin Özet Kitabında yayımlanmıştır.

Intervention Approaches in the Context of Children with Auditory Processing Disorders: A Systematic Review

Abstract

This systematic review aims to examine implementation of interventions for children with Auditory Processing Disorder (APD). The literature search was conducted using the databases PubMed, Web of Science, Scopus, Science Direct, and Google Scholar. For the literature search, keywords were identified from the Medical Subject Headings (MeSH) thesaurus, including Auditory Comprehension Disorder, Auditory Inattention, Auditory Perceptual Disorders, Auditory Processing Disorder, and Perceptual Disorders - Auditory. The PICO(S) model was employed for data selection in the study. This systematic review adhered to the PRISMA Statement 2020 checklist. Randomized controlled trials published between 2013 and 2023 were included to evaluate the current literature in the field. In the first phase of the literature evaluation, the titles and abstracts of studies were examined. In the second phase, full texts were reviewed. Three articles were ultimately included in this systematic review. The analysis of the included studies concluded that the implementation of interventions for children with APD is effective.
