Silene otites (L.) Wibel/Sinekkıran (Caryophyllaceae) Türünün Anatomik Özellikleri

Abstract

Bu çalışmada Türkiye’de yayılış gösteren Silene otites türü anatomik olarak ilk kez incelenmiştir. Anatomik araştırmalar, parafin metodu ile yapılmıştır. Ek olarak, yaprak yüzeysel kesitleri el ile alınmıştır. Enine kesitlerin boyanması için safranin-fast green kullanılmıştır. Gövdelerden alınan enine kesitlerde, klorenkima ve sklerenkima dokularının sıra sayıları ve öz bölgesinin varlığı, yaprak enine kesitlerinde ise yaprak kesitlerinin şekli ile mezofil dokusunun tipinin önemli anatomik karakterler olduğu belirlenmiştir. Stomalar, mezomorfik olup, komşu epidermis hücrelerin sayısına göre diasitik tipte olduğu gözlemlenmiştir.
