Balıkesir Health Sciences Journal (BAUN Health Sci J) is a multidisciplinary peer-reviewed scientific journal that aims to reach all national and international medical institutions and personnel, published by Balikesir University Health Sciences Institute. Balikesir Health Sciences Journal is to contribute to the literature and provide professional development by publishing original clinical and experimental research articles, case reports and news in the fields of Medicine, Veterinary Medicine, Health Sciences, Physical Education and Sports in English language, free and open access.

The Balikesir Health Sciences Journal (BAUN Health Sci J) welcomes all current publications (conducted within the last 5 years), that contribute to the field of health sciences. The Balikesir Health Sciences Journal (BAUN Health Sci J) publishes original research articles and case reports written in English in the fields of Nursing, Midwifery, Medicine, Veterinary Medicine, Nutrition and Dietetics, and Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation. The journal is published annually in one volume and three issues (February - June - October). Publications in different categories are accepted.
