TÜRKİYE’DE FİKRİ MÜLKİYET HAKLARI KORUMASI EKONOMİK BÜYÜME VE TEKNOLOJİ İHRACATI İLİŞKİSİNİN KARŞILAŞTIRMALI ANALİZİ

Abstract

Bireylerin akılları ile yarattıkları her hangi bir ekonomik mal üzerine verilen tüm haklar olarak tanımlayabileceğimiz Fikri Mülkiyet Hakları (FHM), teknolojik yeniliği teşvik vasıtasıyla, ekonomik büyümeyi etkileyebilmektedir. Çünkü FMH rejimi; sanayinin yeni iş geliştirme kapasitesinde, rasyonalizasyonunda, teknoloji ediniminde, oluşturulmasında ve ihracatında teşvik edici bir rol oynayarak ülkelerin ekonomik performansı üzerinde pozitif bir etki yaratmaktadır. Bu bağlamda çalışmanın temel amacı, Türkiye’de fikri mülkiyet hakları korumasının, teknoloji edinimi, yüksek teknoloji ürünleri ihracatı ve ekonomik büyüme arasında nasıl bir ilişki olduğunu temel ekonomik göstergeler üzerinden ele alıp, rakip olduğu ülkelerle karşılaştırılarak farklı bir bakış açısı ortaya koymaktır.
