In this article, the practices of the Yugoslav Communist Party, which came to power in Yugoslavia after the Second World War, in political, economic and social fields will be explained. Yugoslav communists did not come to power through free and democratic elections, and knowing that there was a reaction against them in society, they did not openly say that they wanted to establish a communist regime at the beginning. However, they implemented harsh policies to take power completely and achieve the transformation they wanted. The aim of the communists was to consolidate their power and establish a communist regime. For this reason, they abolished multi-party political life and established a centralist government. In the process, they also intimidated their political opponents. In order to create a socialist society in the economic field, they initiated a rapid expropriation process by the state, and they did this at the expense of making the economy inefficient. Rapid steps were taken to gain control in the social sphere and eliminate opponents. The communist regime wanted to transform society quickly. In this context, he started a struggle against all kinds of traditional values. He primarily attacked religion and religious institutions. The communist regime, which did not come to power through democratic elections, tried to create legitimacy for itself with its practices in the political, economic and social fields, and preached that it carried out all its practices to establish the socialist order.
Bu makalede Yugoslavya’da İkinci Dünya Savaşından sonra iktidara gelen Yugoslavya Komünist Partisinin ülkede politik, ekonomik ve toplamsal alanlardaki uygulamaları anlatılacaktır. Yugoslav komünistler iktidara serbest ve demokratik seçimler yoluyla gelmediler ve toplumda kendilerine karşı bir tepkinin olduğunu da bilerek başlangıçta komünist rejim kurmak istediklerini de açıkça söylemediler. Ancak iktidarı tamamen ellerine almak ve istedikleri dönüşümü sağlamak için sert politikaları uygulamaya soktular. Komünistlerin amacı iktidarlarını sağlamlaştırmak ve bir komünist rejimin kurulmasını gerçekleştirmekti. Bunun için politik alanda çok partili siyasal yaşamı ortadan kaldırdılar ve merkeziyetçi bir yönetim oluşturdular. Bu süreçte siyasi muhaliflerini de sindirdiler. Ekonomik alanda sosyalist bir toplum oluşturmak için devlet eliyle hızlı bir kamulaştırma süreci başlattılar ve bunu ekonominin verimsizleşmesi pahasına gerçekleştirdiler. Toplumsal alanda da denetimi ele geçirmek ve muhalifleri yok etmek için hızlı adımlar atıldı. Komünist rejim, toplumu hızlı bir biçimde dönüştürmek istemekteydi. Bu bağlamda da geleneksel olan her türlü değerlere karşı bir mücadele başlattı. Başta da dine ve dini kurumlara saldırdı. Demokratik seçimlerle iktidara gelmeyen komünist rejim politik, ekonomik ve toplumsal alanlardaki uygulamaları ile kendisi için bir meşruiyet üretmeye çalıştı ve bağlamda tüm uygulamalarını sosyalist düzeni kurmak için gerçekleştirdiğini vaaz etti.
