Abstract

İşletmelerin geleneksel hiyerarşik yapılarından, süreç esaslı, işbirliğiyle oluşturulan yapılara geçmesi sonucu, takım çalışması tüm sektörlerde ana organizasyonel uygulama haline gelmiştir. Bu durum çalışanların takımlar halinde çalıştıklarını dikkate alan performans ölçme sistemlerinin geliştirilmesi ihtiyacıyla sonuclanmıştır. Literatürün gözden geçirilmesi sonucu, Takım esaslı Performans Ölçme (TPÖ) sistemlerinin plan ve uygulanmasını etkileyen içeriksel faktörleri incelemeye odaklı araştırmaların az olduğu anlaşılmıştır. Bu kapsamda çalışmanın amacı; takım esaslı performans ölçme sistemlerinin planlanma ve uygulanmasını mümkün kılan veya kısıtlayan faktörleri açıklamaya çalışmaktır. Çalışmada, takım performans ölçümleriyle ilgili varolan uluslararası literatür gözden geçirilmiş, daha sonra da teori tasfiye evrelerinde ortaya çıkan bulgular ortaya konmuştur
