Türkiye de Ar&Ge Yatırım Harcamaları Ve Ekonomik Büyüme Arasındaki Eş-Bütünleşme Ve Nedensellik İlişkisi: 1990–2009
Abstract
A country's technology level is about the level of development of that country. For this reason, R&D capabilities that define a country's technology is one of the most important variable. The purpose of this study R&D investment expenditures is to examine the effects of inclusion in economic growth. Thus a country with economic development objectives, to increase the level of technology R&D should give much importance to what was thought. Study of R&D and economic growth from 1990 to 2009 period covered in the analysis of ADF, the co-integration and causality tests are used. R & D and economic growth figures are compiled from data sets to analyze the results, the long-term R&D investment in expenditure one-way relationship between economic growth have been identified. The direction of this R&D investment in expenditure relating to economic growth have been observed to be true.

Abstract
Bir ülkenin teknoloji seviyesi o ülkenin gelişmişlik düzeyi hakkında bilgi verir. Bu sebeple Ar&Ge bir ülkenin teknoloji yeteneğini tanımlayan en önemli değişkenlerden biridir. Bu çalışmanın amacı Ar&Ge yatırım harcamalarının ekonomik büyüme'ye olan etkisini incelemektir. Böylece ekonomik kalkınmayı hedefleyen bir ülke, teknoloji seviyesini arttırmak için Ar&Ge'ye ne derece önem vermesi gerektiği düşünülmüştür. Çalışmada Ar&Ge ve ekonomik büyümeye ilişkin 1990 – 2009 dönemini kapsayan analizlerde ADF, eş-bütünleşme ve nedensellik testleri kullanılmıştır. Ar&Ge ve ekonomik büyüme rakamlarından derlenen veri setinin analiz edilmesi sonucunda, uzun dönemde Ar&Ge yatırım harcamalarıyla ekonomik büyüme arasında tek yönlü bir ilişki tespit edilmiştir. Bu ilişkinin yönü Ar&Ge yatırım harcamalarından ekonomik büyümeye doğru olduğu gözlemlenmiştir.
