Abstract
This book comprises remarks on color which was written by Wittgenstein in recent months of his life. It is one of the few documents which shows him concentratedly at work on a single philosophical issue. The principal theme is the features of different colors, of different kinds of color and of their luminosity. Wittgenstein choices such a way as to destroy the traditional idea that color is a simple and logically uniform kind of thing.

Bu eser, Wittgenstein’ın hayatının son zamanlarında yazdığı, renkler üzerine düşüncelerini içermektedir. Bu eser, onun tek bir felsefî konu üzerinde yoğun bir şekilde çalıştığını gösteren birkaç belgeden biridir. Eserin başlıca teması farklı renklerin, renklerin farklı türlerinin ve açıklıklarının özellikleridir. Wittgenstein, rengin basit ve mantıksal olarak şeyin aynı türü olduğu şeklindeki geleneksel düşünceyi yıkmak için böyle bir yolu tercih etmektedir.
