Salda Village, which is connected to the Mediterranean region, Burdur province, Yesilova district and has a very long history, continues to live and maintain the tradition of thousands of years of Turkish history. In this study, after determining the main cults like fire, mountain, animal, sun, moon, star, tree, water and stone, we tired to determine what are the beliefs related to these cults which are maintained in Salda Village. In the light of the findings, it was concluded that the beliefs in general bear great similarities to the beliefs that stood out in the pre-Islamic Turkish States. The study was carried out with the poeple who are called wise and experienced people of the village and it was determined what are the some cults which managed to survive in the Turkish World and how came these to life in Salda village. Respect for fireplace, some beliefs about celestial bodies and mountains and trees believed to have various protective spirits are some of them. The titles included in the study, which we started with the philosophy that every place in Anatolia is part of Turkistan, were tried to be supported by scientific data. It is seen that collective memory is extremely important for the sustainability of societies and that despite the intervening centuries, pre-Islamic religions and beliefs are not lost together with Islam, and many rituals are blended into this religion. These behaviors are continued by the villagers unconsciously without knowing that they are related to religion of Tengri. These behaviors continue to exist by calling them ırsıva (ırvasa), (ritual or folk customs, traditions) as a continuation of genetic cultural coding. The similarities of these beliefs in Salda Village with some countries of the Turkish World, are also included in the study.
