                            <p>Due to population growth and technologicaldevelopments in the world, energy demand continues to increase. In order tomake this demand, petroleum and petroleum derivatives, which are fossil fuels,are being used, environmental pollution and greenhouse effect are increasing.Reduced, sustainable, clean, alternative energy sources are needed because ofthe decrease in fossil fuel resources. One of the most common types of thesealternative energy sources today is bioethanol. Bioethanol is obtained fromvarious raw materials by fermentation and can be mixed with gasoline at certainratios. These raw materials can be classified as simple sugars, starch andlignocellulose. One of the important raw materials in bioethanol production iswheat, another wheat straw. Today and in the future; When Turkey and the worldwheat production potential of thought, wheat will takes an important place inthe production of alternative energy sources.</p></trans-abstract>
                                                                                                                                    <abstract><p>Dünyadaki nüfus artışı ve teknolojik gelişmelerlebirlikte enerji ihtiyacı artarak devam etmektedir. Bu ihtiyacı gidermekamacıyla fosil yakıtlar olan petrol ve petrol türevleri kullanılmakta, çevreselkirlenme ve sera gazı etkisi bu nedenle artmaktadır. Fosil yakıt kaynaklarınınazalması nedeniyle yenilenebilir, sürdürülebilir, temiz, alternatif enerjikaynaklarına ihtiyaç duyulmaktadır. Bu alternatif enerji kaynaklarınıngünümüzde en yaygın türlerinden biri biyoetanoldür. Biyoetanol, fermentasyonyoluyla çeşitli ham maddelerden elde edilmekte ve belli oranlarda benzinlekarıştırılıp kullanılabilmektedir. Bu ham maddeler basit şekerler, nişasta velignoselüloz olarak sınıflandırılabilir. Biyoetanolün üretimindeki önemli hammaddelerden biri buğday, bir diğeri buğday samanıdır. Bugün ve gelecekte;Türkiye ve dünyadaki üretim potansiyeli düşünüldüğünde buğday, alternatifenerji kaynaklarının üretiminde önemli bir yer alacaktır.</p></abstract>
