Coronaviruses pandemic is affecting the entire world has also been a major health problem for Turkey and is still continuing. Since it is a new virus, researches continue on the definitive treatment and prognosis. Organ involvement caused by the infection and their impact on the health and life of the individual are closely monitored by the members of the healthcare team working in this field and the nurses who provide one-to-one care. The case of care process applied according to Gordon's Functional Health Patterns model in continuing the nursing care of the individual who has neurological involvement due to Covid-19 has been shared.

Tüm dünyayı etkileyen Coronovirüs pandemisi Türkiye için de önemli bir sağlık sorunu olmuş ve halen devam etmektedir. Yeni bir virüs olması nedeniyle kesin tedavi ve prognoz konusunda araştırmalar devam etmektedir. Enfeksiyonun neden olduğu organ tutulumları, bunların bireyin sağlığı ve yaşamına etikleri bu alanda çalışan sağlık ekibi üyeleri ve birebir bakım veren hemşireler tarafından yakından izlenmektedir. Covid-19 nedeni ile nörolojik tutulum gösteren bireyin hemşirelik bakımının sürdürülmesinde Gordon’un Fonksiyonel Sağlık Örüntüleri modeline göre uygulanan bakım süreci olgusu paylaşılmıştır.
