THE EFFECT OF TRAINING WITH EMPTY AND FULL BLADDER ON HEMATURIA IN WRESTLERS

Abstract

The aim of this study is to investigate w hether the occupancy status of the bladder affects the hematuria in w restling training. 13 active w restlers participated voluntarily betw een the ages of 20 and 26 years in Niğde Ömer Halisdemir University w restling team. The participants w ere performed the same content and intensity w restling training as empty and full bladder on different days. Urine samples that taken before and after training w ere centrifuged at 2500 rpm for 3 minutes. Erythrocyte and leukocyte values w ere examined betw een the sediment lam and lamella x40 magnification in light microscope. Friedman variance analysis was used the statistical comparison of the obtained values, Wilcoxon Signed Rank test w as used to pairw ise comparisons. GÜREŞÇİLERDE BOŞ VE DOLU MESANE İLE YAPILAN ANTRENMANIN HEMATURİYE ETKİS

Abstract

Yapılan çalışmanın amacı güreş antrenmanlarında mesanenin doluluk durumunun hematuriyi etkileyip etkilemediğini araştırmaktır. Bu amaçla yapılan çalışmaya Niğde Ömer Halisdemir üniversitesi güreş takımında yer alan 20-26 yaşları arasında 13 aktif güreşçi gönüllü olarak katılmışlardır. Katılımcılara farklı günlerde boş ve dolu mesane ile aynı içerik ve yoğunluktaki güreş antrenmanı uygulanmıştır. Antrenman öncesi ve sonrası alınan idrar örnekleri 2500 rpm de 3 dakika santrifüj edilerek sediment lam lamel arasında ışık mikroskobunda x40 lık büyütme yöntemi ile eritrosit ve lökosit değerlerine bakılmıştır. Elde edilen değerlerin istatistiki karşılaştırılmasında Fridman varyans analizi kullanılmıştır. İkili karşılaştırmalarda ise Wilcoxon işaret testi uygulanmıştır. Yapılan çalışmada hem eritrosit hemde lokosit değerlerinde boş mesane ile yapılan antrenmanda, antrenman öncesi değerlerle kıyaslandığında antrenman sonunda anlamlı artış olduğu tespit edilmiştir p
