Termik Santrallerde Boru Yırtılmalarının Araştırılması

Abstract

Bu çalışmada; katı yakıtlı termik santrallerin plansız devreden çıkma sebeplerinden kazan boru yırtılmaları araştırılmıştır. Araştırma Seyitömer Termik Santralinin 4. ünitesi için yapılmıştır.

Investigation of Pıpe Failures in Thermal Power Plants

Abstract

Power Plants have a big importance for transforming fossil resources existing in our country into electrical energy since using electricity in the world is increasing continuously. For total production of electricity, with lignite ones are more important than other power plants. One of the biggest defect cutting off production of electricity is boiler tubes failures. In this study, reasons of the tubes failures which cause energy interruption had been researched. Furthermore, for Seyitömer Power Plant, cost of this issue had been calculated. Boiler tubes failures which cause big production lost and negative effect of central life are happened due to corrosion occurred by oxygen, hydrogen damage, acid aggression, tension crack, interior pollution, over heating with short and long time period, and mechanic erosion. This problems make double cost a current issue. Both changing tubes costs and lost energy costs problems are seen on the changing time. The main reasons of tubes failures at Seyitömer Power Plant are corrosion occurred by ash, high heat, welding mistakes, and interior pollution. The biggest reason of the corrosion occurred by ash is that coal used at this central has high ash ratio.
