Acil Servis Kalite Standartlarında Türkiye’nin Durumu

Abstract

Hizmet kalite standartları bir hizmetin sunumuna ilişkin temel ölçütleri ortaya koymasının yanı sıra istenilen sonuçların olmasını sağlayan öncüllerdir. Bu standartlar acil servis gibi riskli birimlerde son derece önemlidir. Kalite felsefesinin sürekli gelişim ilkesinin gereği olarak bu kalite standartlarının iyileştirilmesi adına hem içe hem de dışa dönük bir bakışla iyi uygulamaların belirlenmesi önemlidir. Bu nedenle çalışmada Türkiye Acil Servis Kalite Standartlarının Amerika Birleşik Devletleri, İngiltere ve Avusturalya ile karşılaştırılması, üstünlük ve eksikliklere ilişkin öneriler geliştirilmesi amaçlanmaktadır.

Situation of Turkey About Emergency Service Quality Standards

Abstract

Service quality standards are precursors that determine the basic criteria for the delivery of a service and ensure that the results are in the desired direction. Quality standards play a vital role in risky units such as emergency services. However, it is important to determine best practices providing an external perspective as well as an internal view in order to improve these quality standards as a requirement of the principle of continuous improvement of quality philosophy. For this reason, it is aimed to determine the advantages and defi ciencies of Turkey Emergency Service Quality Standards in comparison with USA, UK and Australia and to develop suggestions related to them.
