Abstract

Quality management means to satisfy the customer and it is managing and influencing all activities of a company. The needs of this managing process are been fulfilled by the managers. It is also important for the success of the company and their qualitative offers and the satisfaction of their customers. This form of management has been successfully performed in many sectors and we see that it is used by many small and big companies. Especially in Japan and USA, the birthplaces of this system we can come across with such successful examples. Also in Turkey this management form is used in some sectors and it has been very successful. In this thesis we will see how purposeful the construction companies are using the quality management with the developing technology, how it is influencing the quality, how proportional the requirements of the customers and the offers of the managers and the staff of the contractors and sub-contractors are. In this thesis, the variability of the manufacturing quality in the construction process is the evaluation, respecting the technical knowledge and experience of the contractor and sub-contractor staff.

İNŞAAT İMALAT SÜRECİNDE, İMALAT KALİTESİ DEĞİŞKENLİĞİNİN, YÜKLENİCİ VE ALT YÜKLENİCİ PERSONELİN NİTELİĞİNE GÖRE DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİ

Abstract

Kalite yönetimi, müşteri tatmini için yapılan, işletmenin ürün kalitesini herhangi
şekilde etkileyen bütün faaliyetleri yönetmesine denir. Bu yönetim süreci
gereksinimleri ise yöneticiler tarafından karşılanır ve firmaların başarılı olmaları,
kaliteli ürün ortaya koymaları ve müşteri memnuniyeti açısından büyük önem
taşımaktadır.
Birçok sektörde uygulanmış ve başarılı olmuş bu yönetim sistemi, dünyada
küçüklü büyüklü birçok firma tarafından kullanılmakta ve başarılı oldukları
görülmektedir. Özellikle bu anlayışın ortaya çıktığı Japonya ve ABD gibi çok
başarılı örneklere rastlamak mümkündür.
Türkiye'de de bu yönetim sistemi bazı sektörlerde uygulanmakta ve başarılı
olmaktadır. İnşaat sektöründe ise gelişen teknoloji ile Türkiye de kalite yönetimi
amacına uygun, doğru şekilde inşaat firmalarında uygulanıyor mu, kaliteyi nasıl
etkiliyor, genel yükleniciler ve alt yüklenici yönetici ve personellerinin ortaya
çıkarttığı ürünün müşteriye sunulan ürünle kalite hedefi doğru orantılı mı bu tez
kapsamında ele alınmıştır.
Bu tez çalışmasında, inşaat imalat sürecinde oluşan imalat kalitesi değişkenliğinin,
alt yüklenici ve yüklenici personellerinin teknik bilgi ve tecrübesine göre
değerlendirilmesidir.
