Optical Properties of CuInS2 Films Produced by Spray Pyrolysis Method

Abstract

CuInS2 yarõiletken filimleri püskürtme yöntemiyle cam tabanlar üzerine farklõ tabansõcaklõklarõnda elde edilmiştir. CuInS2filimlerinin optik karekterizasyonlarõ dalgaboyu 400-900nmaralõğõnda spektrometre kullanõlarak analiz edilmiştir. Yasak enerji aralõğõ (αhv)2’nin hv‘ye göregrafiğinden elde edilmiştir. Filimlerin absorpsiyon spektrumlarõndan bu bileşiğin direkt bant aralõğõnasahip olduğu ve taban sõcaklõğõna bağlõ olarak yasak enerji aralõğõnõn 1.51-1.80eV arasõnda değiştiğigörülmüştür
