The purpose of this study is to examine whether the performance of salespeople differ according to Eysenck’s personality types classification. It is thought that the results of the research will be a guide in the choice of salesperson to the store managers in the retail sector. For the purpose of the research data were collected from 234 salespeople in Hatay Province. ANOVA test was applied to the collected data. The findings show that salespeople’s performance is differantiated according to Eysenck’s personality types classification and this difference is caused by the salespeople who are Sengen personality type.
