                                                                                                                        <abstract><p>AbstractPurpose:To analyze the outcomes of foldable capsular vitreous body injected in apost-traumatic phthysical eye.Casepresentation: A 19 year old male patient presented to ophthalmology departmentwith left post-traumatic phthisical eye , who had previously undergonecorneoscleral tear repair due to a penetrating trauma to his left eye one yearback. On ocular examination , there is a corneo scleral scar mark, aniridia ,aphakia and retina incarcerated in the scar. He was injected with a foldablecapuslar vitreous body.Conclusion:Our case report of foldable capsular vitreous body gives an excellent cosmesisfor the physical eye.</p></abstract>
